Active Agents

This window allows you to see all active agents. The active agents table shows main agent and monitored system parameters.

active_agents

Active agents are the installed and running now agents. The "Active Agents" table also displayed current agent status, such as:

"Online" - computer is online now, agent running.

"Offline" - computer is offline or agent not running now. It can mean problems with the agent or connectivity problems between the computer where agent  is installed and a server part of the application.

"Screensaver running" - computer is running the screensaver application in one or more user sessions.

"High activity" - the user actively uses the computer. Often switches between windows, starts and closes windows of applications.

"Low activity" - the user inactively uses the computer. Rarely switches between windows, starts and closes windows of applications.

"Inactive" - there is no user activity in current user session.

"Unlicensed" - agent is running, but all available licenses are used by other agents. Probably  you need to purchase the edition with a considerable quantity of licenses or to release the licenses, reserved for other agents which now are not necessary.

 

Other controls:

 

"Top active agents" - limits number of displayed active agents to some value, 10, 20, 40, 80, 100 agents or unlimited.

"Auto refresh" - enables automatic data refreshing for "Active Agents" table.

"Short time format" - changes time display format. Long and short time formats are available.

"Create deployment package" - creates deployment package for manual agents deployment.
