The "Current Activity" windows shows detailed user's activity for today (default). You can change the time frame to see user's activity for other day or for custom time period. Press "Filters" button to adjust the time frame.
Also you can change the number of visible columns.
"Current activity diagram" button allows you see activity data in a graphical form. "Current activity" diagram displays an event distribution for current time frame.
In some cases it is impossible to extract a software product name automatically. That the product name was displayed correctly, you can use the "Software product editor" to relate your custom product name with its executable file.
